Our Reporter The Lagos State Government has restricted working hours at building sites statewide to the hours of 7.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Saturday. This was disclosed by the Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr.  Oluyinka Olumide, in Alausa on Thursday.
