The Ikorodu Division Peace Initiatives Limited (IDPIL), has called eligible students across various public higher institutions in Nigeria who are residents of Ikorodu Division (indigenes and residents) to apply for its 2025 Scholarship and Bursary Awards.

The award which is the 4th edition is worth N50million, as announced by the IDPIL Chairman, Odofin Adewunmi Ogunsanya, SAN, the Odofin of Ikorodu, at the presentation of cheques to beneficiaries in 2024 which had a total worth of N30million.

The first edition of the largest educational support in Ikorodu Division in 2023 was N20million.
While the Scholarship is just strictly on merit, the Bursary award is divided into two categories.
According to the IDPIL, criteria for the students that are applying for the scholarship award is that such must be of good academic standing, not less than a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.5 or First Class for Universities and a Distinction for Polytechnics, Monotechnics, and the Colleges of Education, respectively.

Students applying for Bursary 2, must be of good academic standing, not less than Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 or Second Class Upper Division for Universities and Upper Credit for Polytechnics, Monotechnics, and colleges of Educations, respectively.
The Bursary 2 is exclusively for indigent indigenes who are having financial difficulty in pushing through their education.
