Lagos Assembly Member –Elect, Ogunleye Celebrates Workers On May Day

Mr Ogunleye Gbolahan Adetokunbo, the member – elect, Ikorodu Constituency I seat, Lagos State House of Assembly, has recognized the hardworking workers in his constituency that have contributed immensely to the economical and other developments of Ikorodu.

He joined residents of Ikorodu and citizens of the country in congratulating them for their impacts not only on Ikorodu, but also the division, state and the nation at large.

Ogunleye identified with the workers in his statement in commemoration of the 2023 International Workers’ Day.

“On this auspicious occasion of International Workers’ Day, I extend my warmest greetings to all the hardworking people of our constituency’’, he said.

“This day is dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the tireless efforts of workers worldwide, and I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate your contributions to the growth and development of our community.

“You have toiled and laboured with an unwavering dedication to keeping our constituency, state and country running, ensuring that businesses thrive and the wheels of progress keep moving. Your hard work and sacrifices have not gone unnoticed, and I want to reassure you that your efforts are valued and appreciated.

“As we mark this year’s Workers’ Day, and with the swearing-in ceremony just around the corner, this is to assure you that I am more than ever determined to work tirelessly for the betterment of Ikorodu.

“Once again, I wish you all a happy International Workers’ Day, and I pray for your continued success and prosperity”, Ogunleye said while congratulating the workers.
