Federal Lawmaker, APC Leaders Flag – Off Reconstruction Of 1.5km Agbele Road

The 1.5kilimeter Agbele Road road in Ikorodu Local Government, facilitated by the representative of the Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Rep. Babajimi Benson, has been flagged off for reconstruction.

This was coming two days after the commissioning the Paul Palmer Road in Igbogbo, Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA) which was equally facilitated by the performing lawmaker who was recently re-elected for a third term.

At the commissioning, the lawmaker and party leaders charged residents of the area to improve on their previous votes and vote massively for the re – election the governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo – Olu and other candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) during the Gubernatorial and State Assembly elections rescheduled for Saturday 18th.

“I am very happy that we are flagging off this project today and the contractor has told me that the project will be completed in three months”, Rep. Benson assured the residents of Agbele community.

“It is a 1.5kilimeter road which we are starting in March and by the grace of God, it shall be completed by June this year”.

Benson, who said that he was not too happy with the votes recorded in the last election, charged every resident of the community to take up the job of canvasser and ensure that there are massive votes for the APC in the coming Gubernatorial and Assembly elections.

He reiterated his position that only areas that deliver very well in the election will be considered for further developmental projects.
