Adeniran – Ogunsanya, the daughter of prominent Ikorodu born politician and associate of the late Nnamdi Azikiwe, Otunba Adeniran Ogunsanya, died after a brief illness on Tuesday at 74. Wale Jagun Former Secretary to the Lagos State Government, Princess Adenrele Adeniran-Ogunsanya is dead. She was 74 years old. THE IMPACT learnt that she died early Tuesday, 25 January 2022 after a brief illness. Adeniran-Ogunsanya was the Lagos SSG during the first term in office of Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN between 2007 and 2011. Wale Jagun A new Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Alabi, has been appointed to take over from Assistant Inspector General of Police Hakeem Odumosu as the Lagos police chief. The former Lagos CP, Odumosu was recently promoted to the rank of AIG and with the promotion, he was expected to be redeployed from Lagos. Alabi who until his latest appointment the Bauchi State Commissioner of Police is expected to resume his new posting in Lagos next week.
