The Executive Chairman, Ikorodu Local Government Area, Hon. Adedayo Ladega, on Thursdsy, embarked on assessment tour of primary schools within the council.
He was joined on the comprehensive inspection tour of Public Primary Schools within Ikorodu Local Government, by the Education Secretary, Local Government Education Authority (LGEA), Ikorodu Local Government, Alhaji Taiwo Odumbo.
According to the Education Secretary, the tour was aimed at identifying gaps and laying the foundation for meaningful interventions that will uplift the standard of education in Ikorodu.
”Together, we visited Anglican Primary School, Ijomu Primary School, Holy Trinity Primary School, and African Bethel Primary School, all in Ikorodu LG, engaging with the School Managers, and school environments to better understand their current state and pressing educational needs.
”The exercise provided firsthand insight into the challenges faced by these institutions and reaffirmed commitment to improving learning conditions for pupils across the community”.
The assessment tour continues today.
