-Warmly greets children on their day
The Lagos State Government Office of Rural Development has extended warm Eid-el-Kabir greetings to rural communities across the state on the occasion of the Eid -el-Kabir celebration.
In a statement by Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Rural Development, the Office also congratulated children in rural communities on the 2026 Children’s Day Celebration.
The SA Rural Development said that the celebration is a reminder of unity, sacrifice, and peaceful coexistence.
The statement reaffirms the commitment of the Office of Rural Development to improving rural living conditions through inclusive development initiatives while encouraging children to remain focused on education, discipline, and personal growth.
The Office also calls on parents and community leaders to continue supporting the moral and academic development of children in order to secure a brighter future for Lagos State.
