Sulaimon Olanrewaju, Chairman, Ikorodu West LCDA, and Dr Nurudee Agbaje, Special Adviser on Rural Development, observing the eid prayer at Ikorodu Central Mosque Eid Ground, Ikorodu, with large congregation of Muslim faithful.
The Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District, Senator Tokunbo Abiru, former Majority Leader, Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Sanai Agunbiade, Chairman, Ikorodu Local Govt., Hon. Adedayo Ladega, and Chairman, Ikorodu West LCDA, Hon. Sulaimon Olanrewaju, on Wednesday, joined the Ayagbure of Ikorodu, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Engr.) Kabr Adewale Shotobi, in observing the Eid prayer at the Ikorodu Central Mosque Prayer Ground.
It was a moment of prayer for peace, unity, progress and development in Ikorodu, Lagos State and Nigeria, as a whole.
His Eminence, Fadheelat Sheikh Seifudeen Ademoritan Ayinla Olowooribi, Grand Chief Imam of Ikorodu Division and Chief Imam of Ikorodu Central Mosque, led the prayer.
Other dignitaries that were also in attendance were Dr Nurudee Agbaje, Special Adviser on Rural Development, and Dr. Saheed Ibikunle, Permanent Member, Lagos State Universal Basic Education (LSUBEB).
Hundreds of Muslim faithful also observed the eid prayer with the dignitaries.
