Rep. Benson Donates Ambulance To General Hospital Imota

In fulfilment of his pledge, Rep. Babajimi Benson, representative of Ikorodu Federal Constituency, on Monday donated ambulance to the General Hospital Ijede.

‎The presentation of the global standard ambulance which was done by Mayor Muhydeen Sanwoola, Director- General, iCare Foundation, was witnessed by His Royal Majesty, Oba Mudashiru Bakare Agoro, the Ranodu of Imota.

‎The donation is coming a few years after Rep. Benson completed and commissioned the 80- bed hospital in Imota which the Lagos State Government has turned into a General Hospital.

‎The Senior Special Assistant to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Social Development, Comrade Lekan Billiamin Oba, speaking on the donation commended the third term lawmaker for his consistent impactful projects.

‎”For me, I still find it hard to comprehend how a legislator in Nigeria has the ability to deliver outstandingly as a lawmaker and also ensure his constituency interventions (infrastructure, human capital development) remain very impactful and consistent.

‎”The younger generation has a lot to learn from the Numero Uno. JB is indeed a humanitarian and a people-centric legislator.

‎”He will do more – the future is good with JB,” he said.

‎The brief ceremony was also witnessed by the Vice Chairman, Imota LCDA, Hon. Princess Bisoye Jimoh and other dignitaries.
