Ijede Chair Hosts 5th Free JAMB/UTME Support For 100 Indigent Students

Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo -Alogba, Chairman, Ijede LCDA, her Vice, Hon. Femi Kareem and other council officials with some of the beneficiaries of the free JAMB/UTME forms provided by the Ijede LCDA.



The Chairman of Ijede Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo-Alogba, for the fifth consecutive year, distributed the free JAMB/UTME forms to needy though brilliant students in the continuation of her administration’s commitment to educational development and youth empowerment across the council area.

‎100 candidates benefited from annual Free JAMB/UTME forms which were distributed to beneficiaries on Monday, at the Council Secretariat.


‎Hon. Gbadebo-Alogba, in her remarks at the distribution noted that her administration attached importance to education.



‎”Here in Ijede LCDA, we place a premium on education, as it remains a key cornerstone of our administration. Overtime, this initiative has opened doors to higher education for many youths who might otherwise, have been left behind in their academic aspirations due to financial constraints,” she said.


‎The H.O.D Education, Mr. Otambala, further urged the beneficiaries to make meaningful use of the goodwill by striving for outstanding academic performance.
