This year’s edition, which was themed, ‘Harvest of Great Benefts’, witnessed a sermon delivered by Rt. Rev. Hezekiah Adeleke Adetoro, Bishop, Lagos West Missionary Diocese, and was equally well attended.
Also, Chieftains and members of the Anibaba Family of Ikorodu, led by the former Commissioner in Lagos State, Arch. Kayode Anibaba, opened this year’s harvest with handsome donation as Family Harvesters of the year.
The Deputy Gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Funke Akindele was the chairperson of the day, while Dr Abdul – Azeez Olajide Adediran, Governorship candidate of the PDP, High Chief Kameel Dada, Regun of Ikorodu and Chief Tunde Gbolade, Chairman, De Sleek Hotel and Bar, were Guests of Honour.


Chief Mosunmola Jaiyesimi, was the Chairperson Bazaar Opener and Mr Oluwole Aremo, Chief Bazaar Opener, at the 2022 edition of The African Church Adult Harvest.
Also in attendance was Odofin Adebola Obayan, GCCF, Honourable Vice Lay President, Lagos West Missionary Diocese among other eminent guests.
Engr. Sunday Adesanya Oshin, Cathedral People’s Warden, speaking with THE IMPACT, thanked the Anibaba family for rising up to the occasion in continuing the family’s legacy of developing the Church and advancing the gospel.
He also thanked the invited guests for their attendance and generous donations.


Olola Olusegun O.B. Iluyombo, Chairman, Harvest Committee, welcoming guests, thanked them for answering the clarion call to contribute their own quota to the development of the Church.
There was Bazaar sales after the Harvest service.
