Kunle Adelabu The former Chairman, Ikorodu Local Government Area, Alhaji Akibu Adewunmi is dead. He died Thursday’s evening at the General Hospital Ikorodu. He was 88 years old. Alhaji Adewunmi was elected Chairman, Ikorodu LG in 1996 and served till 1997. The former Chairman was an apex member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ikorodu Division. According to a family source, burial arrangements will be announced by the family soon.
