His Royal Majesty, Oba (Barr.) Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali, the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo alongside the planning committee for the 10th coronation anniversary of the royal father on Tuesday, presented the celebration fabrics to the public.
The event took place at the Adeboruwa Palace with members of the planning committee in attendance.
While six yards of lace materials which the committee described as quality fabrics got unveiled at N150, 000 with Gele (headgear) for female guests, six yards of Ankara fabric with fila (cap) for men is N25, 000.

According to the committee, the Ankara fabrics can be purchased from the senior Olori Sekinat Omolara Kasali through payment into Starling Bank 0070049117. Buyers are also enjoined to call – 08055461574, whenever payment is made into the account.
For the lace material and gele, payment is to be made to Olori Kafayat Omobolanle Kasali, through Access Bank account: 1973270889.
Oba Kasali unveiling the materials thanked the committee chairman and members for their efforts stating that the planned anniversary would bring further development to Igbogbo.

Prince Segun Ogunlewe, Chairman of the planning committee announcing the unveiling of the fabrics said that the sales constitute part of the arrangements made by the royal father through the committee to make the celebration a phenomenal one and a colourful coronation anniversary.
He said that the fabrics are meant for the grand finale of the ceremony on July 25th, 2026.
“We are going to use this cloth on July 25 and we thank the Oloris for creating time to make the cloth available to us ttoday because these Ankara are not those ones that will fade away after washing.
“So, the reason for today is to allow the king to unveil this material for us and for it to be well known in the whole town and for everyone to give it to their tailors early,” he said.

Secretary to the committee, Mr Babatunde Afuwape, also speaking, announced that the sales desk would also be stationed at the palace for purchase.
“Apart from those of us who are to pay into the account, we will have a desk in the Adeboruwa Palace where someone would be to sell these clothes from now till the programme 5commences. If you bring your money, they will give you your cloth immediately and if you pay into the accounts, we will need to confirm your name.
“After this unveiling, we will now have access to start paying into this account so that you can start collecting your clothes,” he said.

The Odofin of Igbogbo, Odofin Tajudeen Onasanya, who also spoke thanked the chairman and members of the planning committee for the preparation towards the anniversary and prayed for a successful outing.
