The representative of Ikorodu Constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. (Dr.) Aro Moshood Abiodun (AMA), has offered free cataract surgery to constituents in need.
In a public notice issued by the Media Director/Personal Assistant to lawmaker, Mr Razaq Kabiru Babatunde, on Wednesday, he said that the initiative is aimed at restoring sight and improving the quality of people’s lives.
“Do you know anyone in need of cataract surgery? This is to inform the general public that Dr. AMA is offering FREE Cataract Surgery to support individuals experiencing vision impairment due to cataracts”, he said in the notice.
Mr Babatunde said further, “This initiative is aimed at restoring sight and improving the quality of life for members of our community.
He urged members of the public to contact designated coordinators for the programme in the three Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) in Ikorodu Constituency II.
“Interested persons or those with relatives who may benefit, are encouraged to reach out through the contacts below:
