Nigeria will be playing in the quarter-finals of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, with Algeria, on Saturday, January 10.
The two teams will face off at the Marrakech Stadium, Marrakesh at 5 pm Nigerian time.
The last time Nigeria played Algeria at the AFCON was in 2019, a match won by the Foxes which eventually went on to win the competition.
While Nigeria conveniently defeated the Mozambicans 4 – 0 in the Round of 16 game on Monday at Fez Stadium in Fez, Algeria beat DR Congo in a dramatic 1- 0 win on Tuesday.
