The Scribe, All Progressives Congress (APC), Lagos State, Hon Adeola Jokomba, PhD and Executive Chairman, ljede Local Council Development Area (LCDA), have congratulated the Christian folks on the celebration of the 2025 Easter.
The duo enjoined residents to remember and reflect on the principles of the period – love, sacrifice and hope during the celebration and thereafter.
In his message, Dr Jokomba, enjoined:
“Warmest Easter greetings to our people.
“As we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, we reflect on His message of love, hope, and redemption. May this sacred season bring renewal, peace, and joy to our hearts and homes.
“To Christians and people of goodwill, I wish you a blessed Easter. May the spirit of love, forgiveness, and compassion guide us all.
“May our party’s values of integrity, service, and unity reflect the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ. Let us strive for a brighter future, built on love, kindness, and service to humanity.
Happy resurrection, Lord Jesus!”
While also felicitating Christians on the celebration and charging them to sacrifice, love and hope, Hon. Gbadebo – Alogba, also exhorted them to embrace compassion, tolerance and live in peace.

“The life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ remind us to embrace compassion, practise tolerance, and live peacefully with one another. These virtues are vital to the strength and unity of our homes, our communities, and our great nation.
