-As another 500 constituents get monthly ‘Apo – Anu’

The Accountant General of the Federation, Mr Shamsideen Ogunniyi and the State Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr Adeola Jokomba, have lauded the representative of Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Rep. Babajimi Benson, for the presentation of vehicles to another set of beneficiaries.
Since he initiated the support initiative, the three – term lawmaker has given out about 50 vehicles to different party leaders, institutions and individuals in his constituency.
Presenting the vehicles to the beneficiaries on behalf of the lawmaker, Alh. Badru Enifeni and Dr Jokomba commended Rep. Benson for his ceaseless support given to his constituents and unprecedented development that he has facilitated to Ikorodu.

They congratulated the beneficiaries.
Dr Jokomba commending Rep. Benson, on behalf of his party said:
“On behalf of the APC family and personally, I extend heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Babajimi Benson for his extraordinary generosity. The gesture of gifting five cars to members of Ikorodu Federal Constituency and food packages to over 500 people is truly remarkable.
“Your selflessness, kindness, and commitment to the welfare of our people are an inspiration. Your leadership embodies the spirit of service and compassion.

“Thank you, Hon. Babajimi Benson, for your impactful contributions to our constituency. May your efforts continue to bring joy and prosperity to our people. Amen.”
Alhaji Badru Enifeni, former Secretary of the apex body of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ikorodu Division, who came with another party chieftain to receive the vehicle, also thanked Rep. Benson for his generosity.
“I thank you for your gesture to my family members. It is because of this that we have followed them here to receive the cars and thank you for all that you are doing.

“This is not the only thing that JB has done for her. He has also facilitated jobs for her son and now this car, it will now be the duty of the boy that he has facilitated employment for to fuel the car for his mother of,” Alhaji Enifeni noted.
Deaconess (Chief) Busola Isikalu, the Iyaloja -General, Ikorodu Division, Hon. Taiwo Orenuga, Chairman, APC Igbogbo/Bayeku LGA also commended the lawmaker.
One of the beneficiaries who is a traditional chief with the title of Alashe Itunmoja, Chief Wasiu Akinsanya, receiving his key to the jeep presented to him, narrated how Rep. Benson told him to be calm at the Ayangbure Palace.

“Today, I just received a call asking to come to his office and on getting here I was presented with this car,” he said while praying for the lawmaker.
Mr Abiola Kasali, Chief Protocol Officer to Rep. Benson, who also benefited from his boss’ car gifts to residents, described his feeling as that of “over-whelmingness and gratitude.”
Alhaja Folashade Olunloyo, APC chieftain in Ikorodu West LCDA who received a Camry car, said:
“What Benson is doing is unprecedented in Ikorodu. He has been making people in Ikorodu and beyond happy and fulfilled.

While stating that she’s “excited and impressed,” the party leader charged other party members to continue to struggle and dedicate themselves more for good objectives of the party adding that it is through such attitudes that their own benefits too would come.
An educationist, Adeyemi Benson, after receiving his own car key, which is Tundra Truck, narrated how he was preparing to attend the monthly presentation of ‘Apo Anu’ and suddenly, he received a call that Rep. Benson is asking him to come and pick a car.
“JB, God will continue to surprise you. He will answer your secret prayers,” he prayed repeatedly while trying to fight the tears of joy.”

Meanwhile, the monthly ‘Apo – Anu’ (food bags) have been distributed to another 500 people across the Ikorodu Federal constituency.
The presentation of the food bags to widows, special people, less privileged and others, went simultaneously with the presentation of the cars.
As usual, beneficiaries of the food bags which was meant to support families for the Easter celebration were also full of praises to the iCare Foundation and to Rep. Benson.
