Eko Youths Rally Expresses Hope In Tinubu For Better Nigeria – Rep. Benson

The Representative of the Ikorodu Federal Constituency and Chairman, House Committee on Defense, Rep. Babajimi Adegoke Benson, has stated that Lagos youths have expressed their hope and strong belief in the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s campaign to lead the country as its President come 2023.

In a statement issued by the two – term federal lawmaker, Rep. Benson, after the massive rally on Saturday, he reiterated his stance as an unrepentant follower of Asiwaju Tinubu.

Youths in Lagos, on Saturday (yesterday), held a rally in support of the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Tinubu, and his vice presidential candidate, Kashim Shettima.

The youths, including Hausa and Ndigbos groups, massively stormed Maryland Roundabout and marched through the Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way to Police College, Ikeja GRA.

The rally tagged: “Eko Youths Walk For Tinubu/Shettima, Governor Sanwo-Olu/Hamzat’s re-election,” was organized by a support group, led by Seyi Tinubu, son of APC Presidential candidate.

“Today (Saturday), I was at the Eko Youths rally organized for our leader and presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in Lagos”, Rep. Benson said.

“The massive turnout of the youths at the rally is an indication of the hope and strong belief they have in the candidacy of Asiwaju Tinubu in achieving Nigeria of our dreams.

“Just like every other progressive at the rally, I am unapologetically Asiwaju’s supporter with a complete trust in his renewed hope manifesto for brighter economic prosperity”, he declared.

Also at the rally were Dr Obafemi Akadiri Hamzat, Deputy Governor, Lagos State, Sen. Adeseye Ogunlewe, former Minister of Works and Chairman, Ikorodu Division Resources Development Group (IDRDG) and lkorodu Town Hall Management Board (ITHMB), Builder Sesan Daini, Chairman, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, Comrade Lekan Oba Biliamin, State Chairman, National Youths Council of Nigeria (NYCN) and many others.
