Our reporter’s lens sighted these three PSP rickety trucks in Igbogbo today. While one was still moving with refuse, another one was parked and subsequently abandoned along the road where mechanic seemed to have given up on it while the third one was parked at Club 24 with half of the refuse in it littering the surroundings. The unpalatable scene painted a picture of a truck that have been abandoned for days.
The big poser is, how can we achieve cleaner Lagos with these kind of trucks being deployed by the PSP operators?
