Kunle Adelabu -Residents blame regulators, operators Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA) has said that the cause of the last night’s boat mishap is yet to be determined as investigation still ongoing on what happened. Kunle Adelabu The boat mishap that occurred last night along the lbeshe/Ikorodu channel en route Ipakodo in Ikorodu area of Lagos State, has recorded three casualties.
