Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun, Member, Lagos State House of Assembly, and the representative of the Ikorodu Constituency II, has saluted the resilience, diversity and collectiveness of Nigerians towards a better country.
He urged for a renewal of commitment to building a greater country.
AMA, who is seeking a re-election for a second term on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), stated this today in statement titled, “Happy Independence Day, My Dear Constituents”, in commemoration of the 66th Independence Day of Nigeria.

”On this glorious occasion of our Independence Day, I extend my warmest greetings and heartfelt wishes to you and your families.
”Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, diversity, and indomitable spirit of the Nigerian people. Despite the challenges we face as a nation, we remain a people bound by hope, faith, and the belief that a better Nigeria is possible.
He stated further:
”May this Independence Day renew our confidence in our great nation and inspire us to continue working together for peace, progress, justice, and prosperity”.

The state lawmaker also prayed: “I pray that God Almighty will bless Nigeria, heal our land, strengthen our leaders, protect our people, and provide opportunities for every Nigerian to thrive. May He grant us the wisdom and unity to build a nation where every citizen can live with dignity, security, and hope.
”May the Nigeria of our dreams become the Nigeria we experience. May our best days be ahead of us.
