The 10th Anniversary of the GLOWFUX Charity Concert coming up in December, has received another major boost as Oshodi Art Gallery, an art and cultural institution in Ikorodu, officially throws its weight behind the project.
The gallery announced a ₦100,000 sponsorship for the ongoing GLOWFUX @10 Theme Song Challenge, in addition to the N100, 000 initially announced by the organisers.
Organisers of the annual charity concert described the support has yet another significant milestone in the build-up to the landmark anniversary celebration.
Speaking on the partnership, the Chief Executive Officer of Oshodi Art Gallery, Dr. Seyi Paul Oshodi, described the decision to support the competition as a natural extension of the gallery’s longstanding commitment to encouraging young creatives and providing opportunities for artistic expression.
“We are totally committed to whatever promotes the artistic talents of our youth. That is why we are supporting the organisers of this competition.
“But this is only the beginning. We are still coming through with additional support to help make the GLOWFUX Charity Concert @ 10 a truly memorable anniversary celebration in December because we believe in humanity. We believe in giving selflessly. We believe in lifting the spirits of children. Those are the very ideals that GLOWFUX represents,” he stated.
Reacting to the partnership, the organisers described the gesture as a strong vote of confidence in the vision and impact of the GLOWFUX Charity Concert over the past decade.
According to the organisers, the additional sponsorship not only increases the excitement surrounding the competition but also reinforces the growing confidence that individuals and corporate organisations have continued to place in the GLOWFUX movement.
With the latest development, participants now have even greater motivation to showcase their creativity as they compete for the opportunity to produce the official soundtrack for one of Nigeria’s most inspiring humanitarian events.
The GLOWFUX @ 10 Theme Song Challenge, which commenced on June 28, 2026, is one of the flagship pre-anniversary activities leading to the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the GLOWFUX Charity Concert, scheduled for December 28, 2026. The competition will close on July 28, 2026, after which entries will be reviewed and the winner announced.
Beyond the attractive cash prizes, the eventual winner will earn the rare privilege of becoming part of GLOWFUX history, with their song potentially serving as the official soundtrack for the landmark anniversary celebration.
Owned by the Bundle of Hope Child Care and Empowerment Foundation, the GLOWFUX Charity Concert was established in 2016 to provide an extraordinary end-of-year celebration for children and teenagers living in organised needy homes, including orphanages, rehabilitation centres and shelters for vulnerable children.
Over the last nine editions, the project has evolved into one of Nigeria’s most recognised child-focused humanitarian initiatives, consistently receiving support from well-meaning Nigerians and notable corporate organisations.
The landmark GLOWFUX @ 10 Anniversary Celebration is being produced by Fanafillit Integrated Concepts, with several exciting pre-event initiatives and partnership announcements expected in the months leading to the December celebration.
