Eminent personalities, family members and other well -wishers on Sunday, celebrated a former Chairman, National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Ikorodu LG Chapter and the Publicity Secretary, All Progressives Congress (APC), Ikorodu Central LGA, Comrade Kehinde Okeowo, on her birthday.
Comrade Okeowo, who is also a community leader and former chairmanship aspirant, Ikorodu LG, was celebrated on THE IMPACT WhatsApp platform, as she added another year.
Otunba Ganiu Abiru, the Executive Secretary, Ikorodu Division Peace Initiative Limited (IDPIL) and former Permanent Secretary/Clerk, Lagos State House of Assembly, in his congratulatory message on the platform described the celebrant as a woman of substance, a patriot and an accommodating person.
”Happy birthday to a lady of substance. A patriot and a committed mother of mothers. Ever since I met you, I have found you wonderfully ebullient, accommodating, kind and always ready to be helpful to people, particularly when you are from this side of the State.
”You have done your bit in striving for accelerated development of our division and you have to my knowledge always been advocating ‘politics without bitterness”.
While stating that the celebrant has not been given due recognition in the Division, Otunba Abiru congratulated and wished her well.
