The Executive Chairman, Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Omo’ba Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun (HOA), has joined numerous others in paying tributes to Late Femi Adinlewa, the Publicity Secretary, All Progressives Congress (APC) Ikorodu Division.
Late Adinlewa, until his death was also the Chief Press Secretary to the Chairman, Ikorodu North LCDA, Mayor Ameen Apanisile.
In his tribute, Aroyewun, mourned the late APC publicist and described him as a diligent party man who always gave it all to any task given to him.

“It is with a heavy heart, yet a heart full of gratitude, that I pen this tribute to a man whose dedication and clarity of purpose left an indelible mark on all who knew him, Late Femi Adinlewa.
“Femi was, in every sense of the word, a diligent man. He did not approach tasks with half-measures or divided attention; once he committed to a cause, he gave it his all. This was a man who understood the weight of responsibility and carried it with quiet strength, never seeking the spotlight, only seeking results.”
Aroyewun acknowledged the stance of late Adinlewa when he was aspiring for the chairmanship of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA and it was difficult to openly identify with his aspiration.

“I will forever remember him as one of the very first to believe in my ambition to contest as Chairman of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA. At a time when such support meant taking a stand, Femi did not hesitate.”
“He was a true and dedicated party man, the kind whose loyalty was not swayed by convenience or popular opinion, but rooted in conviction and brotherhood.
“What set Femi apart was his unshakable focus. He did not get distracted or confused about the projects and visions he believed in. Even when others doubted, even when a project seemed unpopular or its outcome uncertain, once Femi was convinced of its worth, he stayed the course. He played his part faithfully, and through that steadfastness, he helped bring great visions to life.”

Further mourning the untimely death of the APC chieftain, the council boss said that Ikorodu Division has lost a great party man who served with commitment and dedication.
“Ikorodu Division has lost a rare gem, a publicist, who told our stories with pride, a Chief Press Secretary who served with diligence, and a party loyalist whose commitment never wavered. We have lost a friend, a brother, and a believer in good causes.
“Femi, your diligence speaks for you. Your loyalty speaks for you. Your unwavering focus on what mattered speaks for you. You may have gone too soon, but the deals you helped close, the visions you helped sustain, and the support you so freely gave will remain etched in our hearts.
“Rest well, dear Femi Adinlewa. Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA and Ikorodu Division will not forget you.”
