Ikorodu Event Hub Unveils New Leadership Structures, Aims At Capacity Building, Community Impact

‎The Ikorodu Event Hub (IEH) has formally inaugurated members of its newly constituted leadership structure, comprising the Advisory Board, Council of Sages, Administrators, Hub Managers, Directors and Associates, with the aim of repositioning the hub to impact more on its members and community.

The inauguration took place on Wednesday, during the Hub’s Leaders Lab Training and Inauguration programme, marking a significant milestone in the organisation’s journey toward strengthening governance, mentorship, and sustainable community development.

‎Leading the new leadership structure is the Convener of the Ikorodu Event Hub and Chairperson of the Advisory Board, Coach Ebunoluwa Okufuwa who is the Chief Executive Officer of Zaphrina Events.

Joining her as members of the Advisory Board are Quddus Gbagba, Mr. Jubril Adeleke, Mrs. Elizabeth Oladepo of 07 Foods, Mrs. Bolaji Makanjuola of All Occasions Affairs, Mr. Oluwaseun Ogungbadero of Moon Top Events and Coach Adetunji Ajadi.

‎The Council of Sages welcomed respected industry practitioners including Funmilayo Olatayo of Fifi Drinks N More, Mariam Shiyanbola of Samoa’s Treat, Oluwatoyin Ogundipe of Foodie Ex Chops, Oluwatoyin Omoya of Dteez Cakes N Events, and Dooshima Ruth Tsekar of Dooshima’s Empire.

‎The Hub also inaugurated administrators across key operational departments. Those appointed include Olayanju Shoyemi of Nelnancy Alagas and Events, and Ruth A. David of Avelle R Events for the Programme Department; Olajire Balogun of Yolanda27 Events and Asebusola Afolabi of Olabee Events for the Education Department; Ademilere Akinola of Milereh Cakes and Gift Onyinyechi Eke of Gifts Cakes for the Special Occasions and Celebrations Department; Ganiyat Bolanle Jimoh of Tr3ple Kay Events and Ebunoluwa Erejuwa of Bunnie Events for the Welfare Department; Blessing Bale of Balekreations and Ajifowose Temitope of MC Bee Entertainment for Public Relations Department; while Adejumoke Fashe of Cetric Cakes Events N More, was appointed to the Orison Department.

‎In further strengthening its regional structure, the Hub inaugurated managers and associates across its operational hubs. Titilope Adetola Idayat of Jokkydee Food Hub was named Manager of the Central Hub, supported by Oluwabunmi Madariola Amisu of De.T.A Home of Skills as Associate. Adumati Oluwatosin of Clefy Event Concept was inaugurated as Manager of the North Hub.

‎Also inaugurated at the event were Oluwatoyin Ogundipe of Foodie Ex Chops and Oluwa Tosin Herald of Herald Dynamics, who were appointed Manager and Associate respectively for the East Hub. Adeola Orefale of Gsharon Fruities and Fatimat Yussuf Hassan of RelishByTymah emerged as Manager and Associate of the West Hub, while Abimbola Jubrila of Mahmahlens Media and Atinuke Ogunshote of Aradee Events were appointed Manager and Associate respectively, for the Mainland Hub.

‎Addressing the newly inaugurated officials, Coach Ebunoluwa Okufuwa described the appointments as an opportunity to serve, inspire, and lead. She emphasized that the Ikorodu Event Hub was established as a platform for leadership development, capacity building, and positive social impact.

According to her, the newly inaugurated leadership team will play a pivotal role in advancing the Hub’s vision and fostering meaningful change within the community.

‎She encouraged all appointees to embrace the values of integrity, excellence, accountability, and selfless service while working collectively to deepen the Hub’s impact and ensure its long-term sustainability.
