The Ikorodu Division Peace Initiative Limited (IDPIL), the body that has been organising the largest scholarship and bursary awards in Ikorodu Division and arguably, Lagos State, has announced the commencement of 2026 scholarship.
The body is calling on students both indigenes and residents of Ikorodu who are in public higher institutions across the country to apply for the educational support that has been running for five years.
Applications which opened on May 1st closes June 30th, 2026.
According to the IDPIL, 100 beneficiaries are targeted for the three categories of educational support: Scholarship Scheme, Bursary 1 and Bursary 2.

Aside from the specific requirements for each of the three categories, applicants generally must be a full-time student in any of the public tertiary Institutions in Nigeria and must be from 200 Level (2nd year) and above with a verifiable CGPA.
For applicants who are indigenes, proof of Indigeneship (Letter of identification from a recognised Oba and Local Government/LCDA) must be provided while residents must submit Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASSRA) card as proof.
