The representative of Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Rep. Babajimi Adegoke Benson, has dedicated his 54th birthday celebration to the people of Ikorodu.
Rep. Benson, who expressed his appreciation for his constituents’ love for him also stated that he sees them in all and through all.
The three – term lawmaker celebrated his birthday on Monday, March 30, with massive tributes showered on him.
“My 54th birthday is dedicated to my beloved people of Ikorodu – I see you.
“History teaches us that every problem has a lifespan. I have dedicated my life to earning your trust and confidence.

“As Nelson Mandela said: “I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society… an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve.”
“To everyone who believes, supports, and works tirelessly for a Greater Ikorodu – I see you. Your resilience, sacrifice, and commitment inspire me daily. You are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated,” Rep JB said.
He expressed his appreciation for the love shown to him by friends, associates, stakeholders and family members.
“I am truly overwhelmed by the outpouring of love, messages, calls, and prayers. I remain humbled and committed to serving you with renewed strength and dedication. This outpouring of love reinforces my commitment to deepen impactful projects and drive inclusive development across our division.

“I sincerely appreciate the six Executive Chairmen across Ikorodu Division, as well as the Ikorodu Division traditional institution led by our father, HRM Oba (Engr. Dr.) Abdulkabir Adéwálé Shotobi, Adegorunshen V, the Ayangburen of Ikorodu, my iCare Found family, stakeholders, friends, and supporters for standing firmly with me.
“I also thank His Excellency, the Governor of Lagos State, my distinguished colleagues, and well-wishers beyond Ikorodu for your goodwill and encouragement.
“And to my beloved wife, thank you for your unwavering love, strength, and support.
“Once again, thank you all. I see you, I appreciate you, and I remain fully committed to you and to progress,” Rep. Benson affirmed.
