‎Residents of the affected communities have, in their individual capacities, commended the Benson-led administration for what they described as timely and people-oriented infrastructural intervention.

‎Speaking on the development, the Chairman of the Community Development Committee (CDC) in Imota LCDA, Comrade Odumosu Rafiu Abiodun Ashaka, who has been monitoring the grading exercise in Agudungbun Community, eulogized Hon. Benson for his administration’s commitment to improving major internal roads across the LCDA.

‎Comrade Ashaka noted that the achievements recorded by the administration within just five months in office have significantly transformed various sectors of the local council.

‎“I have gone around different communities across Imota LCDA, and seen the level of work the council is doing in health, education, and community development. It is unprecedented. This is not about politics or propaganda; the truth must be told. There is a remarkable improvement in governance and community development initiatives since the present administration assumed office,” he said.

‎He further described Hon. Benson’s approach to governance as deliberate and impactful.

‎ “Everything the Council Chairman has done has been very intentional. Whether in road infrastructure, health, youth empowerment, or education. Without mincing words, he has earned the love and admiration of the people across Imota LCDA,” he added.

‎Reiterating his position, the CDC Chairman described the infrastructural drive of the BSA-led administration as unprecedented, applauding the council’s strides in road infrastructure, education, health, and community development.

‎Also speaking, the Councillor representing Ward A, and Majority Leader of Imota LCDA, Councilor Jelili Busayo, disclosed that the road grading exercise is just one of several community development initiatives being implemented by the BSA-BOJ administration.

‎According to him, the pace of development under the present administration is encouraging, adding that the ongoing road grading works would stimulate economic growth, enhance accessibility, and open up corridors for real estate development and hospitality investments.

‎He noted that the grading project currently ongoing in different parts of Atere Ward A stands as a testament to the commitment and good work of the local government chairman.
