The Executive Chairman, Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Omo’ba Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun (HOA), has congratulated the Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. (Dr ) Mudashiru Obasa, on his birthday.

In a statement by the council boss, he said Mudashiru Obasa has used his wealth of experiences and position as the speaker of the LSHA to elevate the standard of legislation, good governance and democracy.
