Road Union Pledges Support For Ikorodu North LCDA APC Chairmanship Candidate -

The Championship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ikorodu North Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Ameen Olawale Ibrahim (Apanisile), has continued to gather support from various quarters with the latest coming from the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN).

The union chieftains and members, led by its State Chairman, Comrade Shamsideen Ajala Kaosara, paid a courtesy call to the candidate at the APC Secretariat in Ikorodu North LCDA on Wednesday, to pledge their support for his election come July 12, 2025.

The union also donated campaign materials, including branded t-shirts and caps.

The Chairmanship candidate applauded the gesture of the union towards the success of his party in the forthcoming Local Government elections.

He said that the souvenirs donated would go a long way in assisting his campaign, and charged the union leadership to mobilise their members and families to vote for the APC in the election.

Otunba Olasunkanmi Tijani Jimoh, Ikorodu North LGA APC Chairman, in his own remarks, also thanked the union for the support and urged them to ensure massive votes for the APC.

The RTEAN Deputy Chairman, Comrade Sulaimon Onabanjo Ajisakin, and all zonal chairmen were also part of the visiting team.
