-Renews her commitment to Ijede LCDA’s development
Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo Alogba, the Chairman of Ijede Local Council Development Area (LCDA) who sought re – election and emerged as candidate of her party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), at the primary elections held yesterday, has thanked residents and the entire party leadership and members, for the trust reposed in her.
Hon. Motunrayo was returned unopposed.
In a thank you statement issued after her successful outing at the primary elections held at the party secretariat, ACME, Ikeja, Hon. Alogba was full of appreciation for the support she received from ljede residents and her party.
“The good people of Ijede LCDA, from the bottom of my heart, I say thank you. I’m grateful for the incredible outpouring of love and support during the just-concluded Local Government Primaries of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos. Your voices and belief in our vision have truly touched me.
“To our esteemed Apex Leaders across the Ikorodu Division, and especially here in Ijede LCDA, led by the exceptional Hon. Saheed Adefarasin, our community leaders and stakeholders, your guidance and dedication were the bedrock of our success. Your tireless efforts ensured a process that was not just successful, but truly reflective of our shared values”, she said.
She described her election as the candidate of the party by the delegates as a profound honour that she will forever cherish and informed the entire Ijede residents that she is committed to take the council to a greater height, more than ever before.
“And to our delegates, your confidence in my candidacy is a profound honor. It’s a trust I hold sacred, a responsibility I will never take lightly. You saw the potential, you believed in the promise, and for that, I am eternally grateful.
“To every resident of Ijede LCDA, I am renewed and more committed than ever. We’ve achieved much, but there’s more to do, more to build. I pledge to serve with unwavering integrity, with a relentless pursuit of excellence, and with a purpose that puts the progress of our LCDA, and the well-being of every resident, at the forefront.
“Together, we’ll continue to work tirelessly, ensuring that the positive impact of our collective efforts is felt in every corner of our community.
“This is about building on the foundation we’ve laid, about creating a brighter future for our children, and about making Ijede LCDA a beacon of progress and unity. Let’s achieve more together”, she charged.
