Lagos Transportation Ministry Announces Compliant Hotlines For Public Feedback

The Lagos State Ministry of Transportation has announced dedicated phone hotlines aimed at facilitating public feedback and complaints regarding the activities of the Ministry and its Officials.

In a statement by the Honourable Commissioner for Transportation, Mr Oluwaseun Osiyemi, said that the initiative will bring about transparency and accountability in government especially on the part of the ministry’s officials.

He charged members of the public to make good use of the lines.

“Recognising the importance of fostering transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in governance, the phone numbers will provide citizens with a direct channel to express their concerns, report grievances, and provide valuable feedback on transportation-related matters”, the Commissioner said.

“Members of the public are encouraged to utilise this service responsibly by providing accurate information and details when lodging complaints or sharing feedback.

“The Ministry assures the public of its commitment to addressing all inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
