Hundreds of residents in ikorodu Federal Constituency, were again supported with ‘Apo – Anu’, the monthtly food support programme initiated by the representative of the constituency at the House of Representatives, Rep. Babajimi Benson.
The initiative, which is being handled by the three – term lawmaker’s operational group, iCare Foundation, was launched several years back, as means of supporting the less privilege and others in need across the lkorodu division, with food items.
The monthly food distribution has benefited thousands of families in Ikorodu, since its inception, and on Saturday, March 9, 2024, another set of 500 families were presented with the food bags (Apo – Anu), containing food items like rice, beans, garri, milk, beverages, sugar, indomie, vegetable oil among others.
As usual, beneficiaries were thankful to their representatives and his team, for the laudable gesture.
