Senator Abiru Appoints Alhaji Sulaimon Adewale As Personal Assistant

An apex leader and two – term Councilor in Ikorodu, Alhaji Sulaimon Musiliu Adewale, popularly called ‘Ola4’, has been appointed as a Personal Assistant on Political Matters, by the Senator representing the Lagos East Senatorial District, Sen. Tokunbo Abiru.

Alhaji Sulaimon, who is a member of the apex body of the All Progress Congress (APC) in Ikorodu Division, was a two – term Councilor in Ikorodu Local Government.

In a statement today by Enitan Olukotun, Special Adviser to Senator Tokunbo Abiru (Media and Publicity), the appointment takes immediate effect.

“The Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, has appointed an astute grassroot politician in Ikorodu Division, Alhaji Sulaimon Musiliu Adewale, popularly known as Ola-Four, as his Personal Assistant on Political Matters. The appointment takes immediate effect”, he said.

“Alhaji Adewale, an experienced and highly resourceful grassroot politician, will be bringing on board his robust wealth of experience in party politics and political affairs management, spanning over four decades.

“Senator Abiru’s appointee has paid his dues in party politics and public administration. He served as Councillor under the Zero Party in 1988, and later became Councillor again under the defunct Social Democratic Party (SDP), between 1991 -1993. He is an apex member in the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ikorodu division”.
