Photo News: IKODASS Unveils Ankara Fabric For 32nd Ikorodu – Oga Carnival

Mr Rotimi Erogbogbo, Chairman, Ikorodu – Oga Development Association (IKODASS) with other executives, chieftains and representatives of different associations unveiling the ankara fabric at the Ikorodu Ultra – Modern Town Hall, Ikorodu on Sunday.

Ankara fabric for the celebration of the 2023 edition of the annual Ikorodu – Oga Day Carnival, has been unveiled.

The event took place at the main auditorium of the Ikorodu Ultra – Modern Town Hall, Ikorodu, on Sunday, October 1, 2023.

This year’s edition slated for between November 11 and 18, will be the 32nd edition, of the socio – cultural and economic development initiative. The weeklong event promotes cultural values and tourism potential of Ikorodu, across Nigeria and globally.

The unveiling was done at the General Council Meeting of the Ikorodu – Oga Development Association (IKODASS), the organisers of the annual event which is listed on the yearly festival calendar of the Lagos State Government.

Mr Rotimi Erogbogbo, which led other executives and members of the association, in unveiling the fabric, announced that it will be sold for N2500 per six yards.

He enjoined all clubs, societies, groups and the generality of Ikorodu, to endeavour to purchase and support IKODASS towards the preparation.

He assured that there’s enough of the fabrics in stock to go round as many people as possible.
