The Babajide Olusola Sanwo – Olu Youth Professionals Support Group (BOSYOPS), on Thursday, stormed the nooks and crannies of Ikorodu to canvass for votes for the re – election of the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the incumbent governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo – Olu.
They also charged residents to vote for other candidates of the party, for the Ikorodu Constituency I and II seats in the Lagos State House of Assembly.
Members of the group, who participated fully in the APC ‘Motorcades Drive Through’ rally that saw hundreds of party chieftains, members and residents navigating the lengthen and the breadth of the division organized to mobilise votes for the APC candidates in Ikorodu, immediately after that stormed major areas for House – to – house engagements and to sensitize the populace on the need to come out and vote on Saturday.
The group, led by Hon. Azeez Jimoh Olosugbo, also sensitized residents on how to vote.
BOSYOPS, which was formed by the State’s Commissioner for Agriculture, Ms. Bisola Olusanya who is Lead Coordinator, is primarily concerned with the promotion and propagation of the achievements of Mr Babajide Sanwo – Olu as the governor of the state.
The group is also committed to the empowerment and strengthening the youths in the state, in their professional careers and making them good Ambassadors of their communities.
