Former Ikorodu Queen, Olori Muyibat Oyefusi Joins Ancestors

Olori (Amb.) Muyibat Oyefusi, FIAMN (HON) GCMA, RDMA, FABI, the immediate past elegant queen of lkorodu Kingdom, popularly addressed as the ‘Most Glamorous Queen of Our Time’ during the glorious reign of his deceased husband, His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa (Oba) Salaudeen Afolabi Adekoya Oyefusi, CON, is dead.

She passed away on Sunday, February 26, at the ripe age of 85.

Olori Oyefusi was the Publisher/ Chief Executive Officer, Nigerian News, a monthly paper published in Ikorodu; Executive Secretary, Mobil, for six years and later, a dealer. She was also a writer and author.

Also, the late queen was the founder, Royal Institute of Moral Values (Finesse) and Computer Education, Ikorodu.

Olori Oyefusi was her husband’s best companion when both were alive and on the throne.

To preserve the legacy of the late monarch, Olori Oyefusi established His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr) Salaudeen Afolabi Adekoya Oyefusi Foundation, a body that embarked on some philanthropic projects.
