It was royalty, glamour and glitz galore as the Executive Chairman, Ikorodu West Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Otunba (Hon.) Sulaimon Kazeem Olanrewaju (SKO), gathered family members, friends, associates, political leaders and traditional rulers to celebrate his 55th birthday anniversary.
Hon. Sulaimon, who wore native attire which depicted his royal status, also had brown beads round his neck and wrists and a white ‘Abeti Aja’ cap to complement his unique outfit.
At the memorable celebration held at the Musical Village, Ikorodu, on Tuesday, January 3, 2022, were royal fathers from Ikorodu Division and beyond; political leaders and actors from different circles and professionals from numerous backgrounds. The calibre of guests who turned out to honour the council boss portrayed him as a politician who is at home with every class, circle and shade of individuals.
Royal fathers in attendance were HRM Oba Abdul Semiu Orimadegun Kasali, Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, HRM Oba Abdul Akeem Adeoriyomi Oyebo, Obateru of Egbin Kingdom, HRM Oba (Engr) Bashir Aremu Sotonwa, Sekumade of lpakodo Kingdom and HRM Oba Engr Monsuru Abimbola Oladega, Olu of Agboyi Kingdom.
On the list of political leaders attendance were Prince Abiodun Ogunleye, former Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Olorunfunmi Bashorun, member of Lagos State Governance Advisory Council (GAC), Senator Ganiu Olanrewaju Solomon (GOS), Director – General, Sanwo – Olu Re – election and GAC chieftain, Asipa Kaoli Olusanya, former Commissioner for Agriculture, Senator Tokunbo Mukhail Abiru, ably represented by Dr. Saheed Ibikunle, Hon Jimi Benson member, Federal House of Representatives and Chairman, Defense Committee, Hon. Sanai Agunbiade (SOB), Chairman, Nigerian Majority Leaders Forum and Majority Leader, Lagos State House of Assembly and Arch. Taiwo Kara among others.
Also in attendance were members of Conference 57 Chairmen in Lagos State, Mr. Femi Anifowoshe, CEO Femson Hotel and Suites, and many others.
