The Chairman, Ikorodu West Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of Ikorodu Division, Lagos State, Southwest, Nigeria, Hon. (Otunba) Sulaimon Kazeem Olanrewaju, FCA, on Sunday, November 27, 2022, stormed the Ita – Elewa mini stadium in Ikorodu with other council officials to watch the FIFA World cup currently going on in Qatar, with hundreds of residents.
He attended the official viewing centre in Ikorodu, with members of his cabinet and the Leader of the Council’s Legislative Arm, Hon. Enitan Jessica Oba.
The Council boss did not only attend the centre to watch the match, he also used the opportunity to engaged viewers on the need to support and vote for APC Presidential candidate and other flag bearers of the party at the National and State levels in the forthcoming 2023 General Elections.
He also distributed about 200 branded caps with pictures of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, APC Presidential candidate, his running mate, Kasim Shettima, Mr Babajide Sanwo – Olu, APC Governorship Candidate, his running mate, Dr Obafemi Hamzat, Sen. Tokunbo Abiru, the APC Lagos East Senatorial Candidate, Rep. Babajimi Benson, Ikorodu Federal Constituency candidate and Mr Gbolahan Ogunleye, Ikorodu Constituency seat candidate, inscribed on them.
