Large crowd at the Ayangbure palace for the Market Men & Women Day of the 2022 Ikorodu – Oga Day on Thursday.

Market men and women on Thursday gathered at the Ayangbure palace to pay homage and also observed the day set aside for them as part of activities earmarked for the celebration of 2022 Ikorodu – Oga Day Carnival.

Various markets, artisan groups and others during the day paid homage to the Aayngbure of Ikorodu, Alaiyeluwa (Oba) Engr. Kabir Adewale Shotobi.

At the palace were the executives of the Ikorodu – Oga Development Association (IKODASS) led by its Chairman, Mr Rotimi Erogbogbo.

Some markets and individuals were presented with awards during the ceremony.

Sir (Otunba) Ayodele Elesho, the Agbaakin of Ikorodu Kingdom presenting award one of the awardees. With them, Alhaja Allison, the Iya Oloja General, Ikorodu Division and other market leaders.
