2022 Igbogbo Day Kicks – Off Fully With ‘Iwure’

The Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, His Royal Majesty (Oba) Barr. Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali, on Friday, November 18, 2022, led the members of Adeboruwa – in – Council and various traditional groups in the community on special prayers for a successful Igbogbo Day celebration.

The special prayer tagged, ‘Iwure’ took place at the Adeboruwa palace in Igbogbo with members of the Igbogbo Day Planning Committee led by its Chairman, Mr Andus.

Builder Sesan Daini, Chairman, Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA),eminent personalities and members of the community were also part of the prayer session.

Osugbo, Babalawo, Eleluku, Meri, Asa, Olorisha, Igunuko and Elegun are some of the traditional groups that offered prayers.
