IKODASS Offers Indigent Ikorodu Students Free GCE Forms

Are you interested in writing the GCE this year and fund seems to be impeding that plan? There is a way out as the Ikorodu – Oga Development Association (IKODASS), under its Scholarship Scheme, is making free GCE forms available to indigent students.

The scheme is being sponsored by the late Jimoh Owode Education Fund through the IKODASS Scholarship Scheme.

Interested candidates are expected to visit the IKODASS website: https://www.ikoroduoga.com.ng/free-gce-form/

According to IKODASS, applicants must be indigent students in Ikorodu and such must provide proof of residence to get the form.

Mr Rotimi Erogbogbo, speaking with THE IMPACT, said that the scheme was aimed at assisting indigent residents in achieving their educational and future pursuit by providing supports through free GCE and JAMB forms, scholarship and bursary.

“It is our responsibilities as an institution to ensure that money do not stop our young ones from fulfilling their educational dream. That is why we are offering them this opportunity”, he said.

“If you know any indigent person that is willing to write GCE this year and may be having difficulties in raising money for the form, kindly do such a lifetime favour by bringing this to his or her attention. All that he or she needs to do is to visit the website and fill the form.

Aside the free GCE scheme, the IKODASS Chairman also said that the social, economic and developmental body also has scholarship and bursary schemes to support indigent and brilliant students to pursue their education in higher institutions.
