Prince Sanusi Beats Eight Others To Emerge APC Candidate For Oriade/Amuwo Constituency Federal Constituency

Prince Lanre Sanusi, winner of the APC primary election for the Oriade/Amuwo Odofin Federal Constituency.

It was a massive victory for Prince Lantre Sanusi popularly called ‘PLS’ by admirers at the Oriade/Amuwo Constituency Federal Constituency primary election of the All Progressives Congress (APC) conducted on Friday, May 27, 2022.

According to the Chairman, Primary Election Committee, Mr Falade Akin, Sanusi scored 36 votes out of the 55 votes to emerge as the winner of the election.

Hon. Ramota Hassan and Olorunnrinu Dipo came in distant joint second position with 7 votes, while Wale Ebietimiyegot 3 votes and Kath Banjoko 2 votes.

The former Amuwo Odofin Council Chairman, Hon. Ayodele Adewale, Gbenga Oyerinde, Olu Bethel and TTaiwo Odumuyiwa scored zero.

Prince Sanusi won the same primary election in 2018 but the party gave the ticket to the late Hon. Risikat Adegeye who lost to the PDP candidate in the 2015 General Elections.
