The iCare foundation, the working team of Rep. Babajimi Olagoke Benson, Representative, Ikorodu Federal Constituency, held its first food distribution for the year 2022 with 500 residents benefitting.

The distribution took place on Saturday,  February 19, at its usual venue, Rep. Benson Federal Constituency Office, Ikorodu and had the presence of many party chieftains.

The beneficiaries cut across Ikorodu Local Government, Ikorodu North, Ikorodu West, Igbogbo/Bayeku, Ijede and Imota Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs).

According to organisers, 31, 500 vulnerable households in the Ikorodu Federal Constituency has benefitted from the iCare Foodbank which started six years ago.
