Newly constructed ultra modern toilet facility by the management of the Ikorodu Town Hall.

As part of its efforts to improve the facilities at the Ikorodu Town Hall, the Ikorodu Division Resource Development Group (IDRDG), which manages the imposing and spacious edifice, has completed the construction of an ultra modern toilet facility.

The facility, which is located behind the Oteju hall, one of the halls within the town hall, would serve users using the facility for their social events.

Before the construction of the toilets, users of the town hall usually rented mobile toilets to compliment existing facilities within the Town hall.

Alhaji Babatunde Rotinwa, Chairman, IDRDG, who spoke with our reporter at the site of the toilets,  said that the provision of the toilet facility is part of the management’s efforts to meet the demands and yearnings of patrons and bring the prestigious Ikorodu Town Hall to standard.

The facility, which has been completed and would be commissioned soon, has ten toilets; five each at the male and female sections, with a set of hand washing facilities and mirrors for each section.

The management also gave special consideration to people with special needs in the construction of the toilets.

When commissioned, the facility would also complement the existing toilet facilities within the Town hall environment.
