A young congregant of The African Church Bethel Cathedral, Ikorodu, riding on a Carmel in celebration of Jesus triumphant entry into Jerusalem days before he was arrested and nailed to the cross.

Christians in Ikorodu joined others around the world to celebrate the day Jesus triumphantly entered Jerusalem days before his crucifixion.

The Bishop of the Lagos West Missionary Diocese of The African Church,  The Rt. Rev. Hezekiah A. Adetoro led the congregation of the Church in procession round major streets in Ikorodu with a young congregant riding on a Carmel.

Members of the Church were seen singing in praise and respect of Jesus Christ and raising their palm leaves.
