The ancient kingdom of Ikorodu has lost another high ranking traditional Chief, High Chief Razak Shodipo, the Olumale Eluku.
Until his death, Late Shodipo was the custodian of 'Eluku, the most revered and cherished tradition of the Ikorodu people and only original Ikorodu sons and daughters are permitted to watch its displayduring its festival.
The Eluku appellation is also synonymous to all lkorodu indigenes and it usually reflects in their songs of praise.
Meanwhile, it has been tributes galore since the news of his death was broken as many sympathisers, which included family members, traditional Chiefs, friends, associates and residents alike, have started paying tributes to him on social media platforms to mourn his passage.
