The Lagos State Head of Service (HOS), Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola has commended Mr. Debo Adeniji, a Public Affairs Officer at the Office of the Head of Service, for making the office proud
Muri-Okunola stated this when Adeniji presented him the prize he won as the 1st Runner-up, in the Senior Category, for the Public Affairs Officer of the Year 2019, which was earlier presented to him by the Honourable Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Gbenga Omotoso.
While commending Adeniji, the HOS said, “the reward for hard work is more work”
Muri-Okunola expressed delight at the officer’s feat, stressing that it is a wake-up call to other staff to be good ambassadors wherever they may be.
Among those who witnessed the presentation was the Permanent Secretary, Public Service Office, Mr. Samson Ajibade, the Director, Service Matters, Mrs. Sunkanmi Oyegbola and the Director, Public Affairs Unit, Mr. Femi Ogun.
