Sanwo-Olu receives Certificate of Return from INEC
Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu Lagos State Governor-elect and Dr Khadiri Hamzat, the Deputy Governor-elect, on Friday received Certificates of Return from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), for winning the March 9 governorship election in the state.
Sanwo-Olu and Hamzat polled a total of 739,445 votes to beat his closest rival Jimmy Agbaje of the PDP who polled a total of 206,141 votes in the recently held Lagos Gubernatorial election
