Mrs Olajumoke Benson, the wife of Hon. Jimi Benson, the representative of the Ikorodu Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives, has charged all women to vote for all the candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2019 General Elections.

She made this call at the December edition of her husband’s iCare Foundation’s monthly distribution of food items to another  set of constituents who are in need.

A total of 500 less privileged, vulnerables people, elderly people, disables, widows and others benefitted at the event which was held at the Hon. Babajimi Benson’s Constituency Office in Ikorodu on Saturday, December 15, 2018.

The Foodbank programme of the federal legislator has been on for over a year with thousands of constituents across the six Local Government and Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) benefitting from the exemplary initiative.

Mrs Benson, while speaking at the event, enjoined women to vote en mass for all the candidates of the ruling party vying for Presidential, Senatorial, House of Representatives and Houses of Assembly positions in the coming general elections.

According to her, voting for the ruling party’s candidates is the only way through which the masses can continue to enjoy dividends of democracy.
